Menu week 19 – 25 June 2017

Morning everyone,

How is everyone doing? We are doing good, keeping on the straight and narrow 😉

This cold weather is making me want warm and comforting food the whole time, so soup kicked of the week for us. I used the leftover oxtail from Sunday for our soup with all the lovely broth that went with it.

During the week a friend shared a rather strange recipe “Cauliflower chocolate pudding” and she asked whom of us would like to give it a try, so Bianca being the girl that she is jumped at the opportunity. So she made it on Sunday and let me tell you if you serve this pudding to someone without them knowing what the ingredients are they’ll never guess that it’s cauliflower. You can find the recipe HERE.

Just a reminder if you want more info about my menus or cooking tips or recipes or just want to share in the day-to-day life of a low carber, please join our Facebook Page.

That’s it for today, chat again soon 😉
